Conference at Wang Nam Kheow.

Sharing the Gospel in practice. This is the first stage that they telling their neighbor personal testimony. After session we spent sometimes to practice. T4T strong point is practice what they have learned. We were even thinking about going out to near-by village started talking with people and tell them the gospel. What is the gospel anyway?. Why we have to go to tell other about this Good News?. The news about God who has no sin come from heaven and become a man in the virgin womb and born in the manger in Bethlehem. Not many believe but the truth is the truth anyway. Pregnancy part is difficult to see but human being can make human in test tube and be able to put that in the womb of a virgin we called "gift" is easy to imagine than before. God did similar "gift" to virgin Mary is easier than man do in this world.

Worshiping in the morning was always fantastic ways to be in His presence and commit all days under His care.

Many women were there watching from a distance.

Matthew 27:55 Many women were there watching from a distance. They had followed Jesus from Galilee and had always supported him.
Matthew 27:59 Joseph took the body and wrapped it in a clean linen cloth.
Matthew 27:60 Then he laid it in his own new tomb, which had been cut in a rock. After rolling a large stone against the door of the tomb, he went away.

We left RMC in the early morning to Chaiyabhumi and reached Pakdi Chumpol, Thai Esra church, just right for lunch. As the people went for lunch I have a phone call from the FUM Church in Chonburi. We have talked almost half an hour until my phone cried running out of battery power.

We have beautiful lunch prepared by members of churches both local taste and local plus taste of what they like. After lunch I have shared "Authority of the believer" lessons. Teaching with slide through but end up with asking whether anyone want to have redeemed life and want to invite Jesus in to their lives.
Only few non-believers who do not want to accept the Lord that day but want to receive our prayer for healing. My conversation with a man quite along while but he did not want to accept Christ. I seek the Lord and asked him whether he has any other spirit at home. He say yes but did not want to get rid of them then. Decision is his anyway. When his wife turn we asked a young believer girl to lay hand on her and as we prayed she said that the pain on her shoulder gone but she reluctance to go against her husband's faith. That's all we can do that day.

In the evening dark clouds moved down lower and thunderstorm began to sound on the way back from our recce' roaming around. The weather end up with so nice after all that drizzling cool down the whole evening. Evening after dinner Pastor John to share about Easter and the meaning of it. As he shared the message in front of the house slightly rain make it so promissing of having a cool night so we can have good night sleep and looking forward to Easter service to morrow. Brother Paul is so nice putting up mattress for me on the floor as he slept on the good size wooden sofa. We have so cool night with good sleep and ready for the next day.

We left Thai Esra Church early morning at 5.00+ to reach "Sub Chareon church" another hour away to have Sunrise service there.
Lower clouds in the morning show you of cool weather we have last night as we just left that direction early that morning.

The old man who was 99 year old at our last year 2008 visited came with his own handmade strings to praise God. Last year as our member prayed for him in the name of Jesus his back bone staighten up. He can walk straight unbelieveable. He stays down near the water in the church premise alone.

We have sunrise service next to the pool then come up to have 9.30 morning service. To day our special manu is red ants eggs soup in one of the dish for lunch. After lunch we prepared and ready to leave "Sub Chareon church" for Wang Nam Kheow, the place we hold the conference locate several hours away to South-East of Chaiyabhumi in the Southern part of Nakornrachsima. On the way before we reached Korat we saw full rainbow between dark cloud above and bright clouds with many shapes below. Thanks God for the covenant in the past during Noah's time. As we see the rainbow we think of God's promises and expected the conference in Wang Nam Kheow will be guided by the Lord and come out well so that we can glorify God in His name.
We reached Wang Nam Kheow late they have to wait for us to have dinner together. When we reached there everybody were ready and as soon as we reached there we started our dinner and ready for first lesson by Pastor John Lim.

As you go, preach this message: 'The kingdom of heaven is near.'

On friday I have quite a surprise E-mail from Zhon Yun titled "EMERGENCY" and she started with

Dear Ajarn Boon Chiaw,
I need to ask a favour from you. Do you think you can help me visit my friend and her uncle in Bangkok international hospital? They are Vietnamese. My friend's name is Tam, Nguyen Thi Thanh. Her uncle had a stroke a few days ago while in Thailand and was sent to hospital. The doctor said the blood in his brain has stopped circulating and he is going to die. They said today that he has only 2-3 days to live. But we are believing God for a miracle. My friend, Tam, is at the hospital now and she is alone. She is non-Christian and very upset. I think she needs prayer and support. Do you think you can go on my behalf? Even for a while, it would be good to her and family. Please keep praying. Call me if you receive this: +65xxxxxx
Thank you so much! God Bless! Love, Zhon Yun.

From the E-mail like that what action normally you should take. To me was like people I do not know asking me to pray for the world. The question is "Why bother?" I have enough problem of my own. I used to have many emergency E-mail like that asked to pray for things I am not even know about. One thing though worth to remember that they believe in prayer and they recognize power of God. With that sort of detail even I knew her that her request is genuine the question was where in the world is Bangkok International hospital. I am quite busy with teaching and preparing for conference in Wang Nam Kheow. I am thinking about gently give her an accuses and forget it because the next day I will be busy planning taking some volunteers and prepare some teaching for children in Nong Tam Leung.

Zhong Yun herself also doesn't know actual place if I really want to go. See her letter for yourselves.

Thank you Ajarn Boon! I understand it is very sudden. If it is the Lord's will, you will go. I do not have her contact, she only called me from the public phone at the hospital. All I know is that it is at Bangkok International hospital. Are they many hospitals? I will ask her when she calls again. Yes I believe, like the man in Matthew 8, he only asked that Jesus say the Word and his servant will be healed. How can I pray for you too? Thanks so much.

Then I have the details a bit more:

Dear Ajarn Boon, The name of the hospital is Piyavate Hospital, he is in the cardiac care unit. The doctors he may not last til tomorrow, or tomorrow at best. But we believe in miracles right? :) If you can make it down, it would be good. I know it is very late now, if you can make down tmr morning, it would be very good. To just pray and be with the family. My friend's name is Tam. She will be there at the ward the whole time. Thanks so much for everything.

I told her that I am willing but she would understand if I am too busy to go. So I replied:

Dear Zhon Yun;
You know I have children ministry in Nong Tam Leung but what I will do is get someone to take over and I will go to Bangkok. There is no rush as long as I have address. Do you remember Lazarus? If Jesus go with me, you do not have to worry. By the way Pastor John Lim also called during prayer meeting.

I'll let you know.the outcome.

Then you will see how the Lord provide for His selected one.

By the way I thank God for what God has done to Zhon Yun's Friend “Tam” last Saturday.
That morning I have had wonderful time with the Lord while I read 2 Corinthians 4.

2Corinthians 4:2-5

2. But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness, nor adulterating the Word of God, but by the revelation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
3. But also if our gospel is hidden, it is hidden to those being lost,
4. in whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving ones, so that the light of the glorious gospel of Christ (who is the image of God) should not dawn on them.
5. For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

- God arranged many volunteers to help me at Nong Tam Leung.

At 8+ something in the morning. Olarn called and told me that he has to show the way to Nong Tamleung to new Pastor because the Sunday school teacher unable to take new Pastor there. I do not have to pick them up and do not have to send them back. The whole team will go there by themselves in church's van and come back with them. Further we have the Sunday school teacher come to help me much better than me who has never been trained to do so. What a privilege of His arrangement assured me that I have no accuse now. I prayed and left home for Nong Tamleung, visited people as usual and even reached the meeting place early. Arrange for lunch and give money to K.Pranee for lunch arrangement. Before I left the place there were only 2 girls and 2 boys looking whether to join or play somewhere else. Only fat boy there. We started with prayer by Pastor Pooh and I spent about 10 minutes or so with them and left for Bangkok.
- I do not have to pick up Olarn because the Sunday school teacher do not remember how to get there. So someone have to pick him up with the van +many children from the church.- I left to Bangkok with out knowing where the hospital is but prompting in my heart "Just go and let God lead".

- I asked for Numt to come along but he said that he is having "cheng meng" with his family. I aclled Man but he have to work that day. I said to myself Lord I will be alone to day" but suddenly reply that "Don't you remember that I am with you. I took highway 7 (Motorway) all the way but still does not know where or which way to take.
- I turned off the highway without knowing why. When my thought asked me "where are you going" and thinking that which way I should take the hospital sign came up not once but many, many times until I saw the hospital but because of traffic I over shot the hospital entrance. I have to u turn back and turn in the hospital.
- I parked the car at 4th. floor just one parking blocked by another car and came in to the building at that floor. Generally when you go to big hospital we have to look for information counter. As I am looking for someone to ask I met the doctor who told me that I have to look for a lady name "Oo" for she is the one who arrange all the patients location and gave me her phone number to call. But before I can do anything a group of people walk in, suddenly he said "here she is" then introduce me to her. I asked about a Vietnamese man who sick. She lead me in and met a group of people sat in front of a room, when I saw a girl wearing NUS T-shirt I asked a young girl a short question “Are you Tam?" she answer "yes". Then I introduced myself and the purpose of coming to see her. Through the conversation I learned that she is not a Christian.
I told her of the purpose I come to pray for her uncle. I give her reasons and asked whether I can pray for him. She said yes. I explained to her why I have to come to pray. (John 6:29). I asked her to come in and believe God together and pray for her uncle with me. He is still in deep coma. She know that God is all knowing and He will listen to our prayer and ready to help.
- After we came out from that ICU. They have to go out and talk to the hospital about things I don't have to know or help. I stayed in that room thirsty and want to get away but in my heart compel me with verse“You can not get out until you ask Tam whether she want to accept Christ. Arguably I know that she is not a Christian and she might turned me down. - Few times that still remain until they walked in Tam, her Auntie, plus another young girl her relative. I asked her whether her auntie and her daughter understand English. She told me "No" Then I asked the question I do not like to ask right away that whether she want to accept Christ the Lord.

She said "yes". It sound like heavenly bell to my ears. I asked her to sit down to repeat after me.

She followed sentence by sentence the sinner pray. Until " I asked in Jesus name"

The hospital administrator, nurses, her relatives look at us with blank eyes.

- After led her through sinner prayer with those people look over us. We exchanged telephone number and assure her that she can call me anytime if she needs help. Then I left but not before telling her that since I can not speak Vietnamese I will leave all her relatives in her responsibility to tell them about the good news because they do not understand English.

I casted all my care to the Lord because He cares for us, that including her, a brand new God's child. Zhon Yun have to follow up with her. I left the hospital but not before give the administrator the book " the redeemer" to her.

I am telling you all these because I reckon that God's authority represent God Himself and his authority is including you as His authority deputy.

Prayer is real and He is faithful to His promises in His word, the Bible. Do you believe that Jesus is alive.
1Corinthians 1:17-18

17 For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel; not in wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of no effect.
18 For the preaching of the cross is foolishness to those being lost, but to us being saved, it is the power of God.

Glory be to God the Father, the Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. In Jesus name.

For Yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
