Power of prayer."He who glories, let him glory in the Lord."

We took this picture while we waited for late comming goup.
We are invited by a member, after 12 January's Sunday service, to go to see her father who is a bed ridden about 4 years and her mother who just about to go for operation to put sense in to her blood tube. We expected to go and pray for her so the whole team join force. Before we left Chonburi we prayed and comitted the trip to the Lord asked for His presence and guidance.


Numt drive as usual and adjacent seat belong to his wife and his Junior. They told us to wait for them infront of Bangpoo resort, the famous sanctuary of sea gulls in Park Nam Samut Prakarn. We went there earlier than the rest of the party so we park and wait for them in front of the resort about 100 meters away from the roadside. K.Dum read a book in the car, Numt carried his junior out and I chit-chat with him outside the car. Noon was looking for crab in muddy area by the car park.

While we waited for a late comers a group of 4 school girls, volunteers for charity organisation, approached us for some money for charity for disable people caused by accidents . We gave some money to them and tell them about the good news and told them that they have to take the tracts and read them. They took tracts and departed us toward the road and waited for the traffic to clear up so they can walk across.

We are out side the area we do our work and so far we so careful of its territorials surrounded by assortment of temples big and small Thai, Chinese, Hindus full of variety of idols and many

occults. There are so many types of gods and goddesses. We talked about that spiritually foreign city full of idols, magics, occults, temples, shrines etc. all over that place. We talk about infested hard ground with that sort of things. We went there in the midst of those idolatry and immorallity.

Thanks God that we have the opportunity to be there in the midst all idolatress and evils. We were sent there for some certain purpose we, carnally, do not know "why?".


In the midst of busy traffic suddenly heard a loud noise come from the road. One took-took suddenly did somersault in front of our eyes from another side of the road to pedastrial walkway and stopped away from those volunteer group few meters only. Even caught them by life threatening they still dare to run to see the driver who flied out from the took-took and landed unconsciously on the middle of the road. Not so long before traffic built up, a lot of curious people crowded up to see, the ambulance eventually came and took the unconscious man away to hospital. Many things happened so fast.

First of all both Numt and I thank God for His presence and protection. They asked us to wait for the late comers at that side of the road but we decided to wait further in. Look at the shape of the took-took in the picture and even the worst will learn to give thanks to God for His covered protection.


We turned from the situation on the road to sun which is setting and thinking about the promises of God to us have never fail. The sun will rise tomorrow only our lives to live so short and are on His mercy and grace of God really. We are so weak unable to protect ourselves with many enemies who are stronger than us.

1Corinthians 1:27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
1Corinthians 1:28 and God has chosen the base things of the world, and things which are despised, and things which are not, in order to bring to nothing things that are;
1Co 1:29 so that no flesh should glory in His presence.


Not so long after the road clear out they, the late party arrived, and we carried on with the appointment. Praise the Lord.
