Senior Director of the International Leadership Institute from California, USA, arrived earlier onTuesday 20th January 2009 while we still search for something when the rigional conference organiser left them since their meeting in August last year in Sriracha. Next morning before we started our jouney to Bangkok, Singapore team arrived, followed by a Team from Wang Nam kheow Korat. Registration and Orientation from 12.00-2.00pm. After registration Pastor John Lim started with ILI Vision and Core Values. We have planned but this conference come out differently. We talked and worked very hard toward what men said but what come out is so good, better than we expected.

That is the work of God, his provision of what we should follow.
Proverbs 16:9 A man's heart plans his way, but Jehovah directs his steps.
We have 5 pastors from various places and many church's leaders many are in their own ministry, two from Laos instead of 13 as we expected. There are 5 zones together, North Isaan zone
(Chaiyapumee), central Isaan zone (Wang Nam Kheow), Laos zone, East Zone(Chonburi, Pattaya), Southern zone (Pukhet) joined hand and take turm to carry on regional conference. They plan to have them with in this 90 days.

Eight Core values with 24 lessons in 6 days. We thank God for his presence and also attitude of those partcipants. We prayed that with the proper follow up this conference will be another tool to spread the Gospel to churches in Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia effectively.

Facilities are good participants mixed together very well. During breaks thery talked, early morning they praise the Lord in their room. We worship the Lord together before the conference started each day and have wonderful time together. So wonderful to learn together both who teaches and thos participants. The conference finished on the first day of Chinese New year, 26 January 2009 about 3.00pm. everyone packed and ready to go home but not before the "Finishing Well lesson" and graduation Service giving away certificates and light up ILI vision to everyone hearts.

I arrived Singapore just before midnight. So happy to see my wife and two of our sons at the airport. Due to cercumstances I have been away from the family quite long.
